Great app, both for its gameplay AND for doing ads the RIGHT way! 1️⃣ Unlike most puzzle games, these take a bit of work starting soon after the tutorial is over. 🥰 (FYI, some unplayed tiles might be hidden and won't appear until the tile covering it is placed on the board.) 2️⃣ Since the app offers an ad-free option, I kept expecting ads to start any moment. Then after level 19 this popped up: "Play 10 more levels ad-free." 😲 I've NEVER seen that! High praise to the devs for this approach. 🫠
Would be great… except the janky piece tray kills it. When it's not glitching off the side of the screen, it's just not showing you the pieces you need. I.e. both buggy and design jank. This would be a good game for me if not for that, but because of that I'll probably uninstall. Edit: Took it out of deep sleep to try, level 34 has the same design jank as before. Only 8 of the 13 pieces show, and if I take one out then I can't put it back. Inventory management puzzle game 🙃
My one complaint is that the game doesn't allow you to see all the tiles at once, which to me, interrupts the flow of solving the puzzles. Otherwise, I've been pleased at the lack of a heart or energy system and I haven't been spammed with ads. Can get around the tile issue by placing tiles on a corner of the board until all are visible. Would be better if they were scrollable.
Since recent update where ads were included, some of the ads are more similar to old browser "pop ups" that have no possible way to report them. I am completely fine with the app having ads; my problem is with ads that feel like they are going to forcefully download malware by trying to interact with any part of the screen.
