I have played for a few years now, enjoy the game.....but am now having a problem...less than 5 mins. into the game, will be working a puzzle and it drops me completely out of the game. I have tried clearing cache, storage, starting and restarting my device, etc. but it continues to do the same thing. please fix!
Honestly, I am greatly enjoying the game. Graphics are great, levels are just challenging enough to where you don't easily win. However, there is a couple of glitchs that are steadily getting worse. The friends section often whites out, leaving one unable to access those features. The more troubling issue is that the game keeps freezing and closing randomly in the middle of levels, wasting energy.
I really want to like this game but it won't let me. Too difficult to pass levels, not fun when you keep doing the same puzzle over and over for an hour but keep failing. Timer on parts to upgrade town always run out before winning enough games (sometimes 3-4 within 45min). Not sure how o get pieces to reshuffle or help you through a level other than purchasing. Too much failure makes you feel like no progress and a complete waste of your time. Just Too difficult for casual play.
Good game I enjoy, can be frustrating at times! A lot of ads, not too bothersome though. After playing this a year or so, I've found a few more frustrations. It's way too difficult to earn diamonds/gems without spending money. I used to be able to watch video ads for extra gems, but that option stopped after level 100.
