Is everyone else playing a different game? I'm reading all these reviews that seem to be legitimate reviews, saying how fun the game is. You pull back and release, sending your character into an opponent's character, which causes some damage. Then it's their turn. That's it, it's just bumping into each other over and over until someone loses all their characters. Seems repetitive and boring to me.
I really love the game but their customer service is for 💩. I first left this review months ago for the exact same reason.. in the hero event my hero is not being rewarded any damage points. 4 and 1/2 hours it took them to fix it earlier and now it's doing it again. I was in first place I've gone down a second, back and forth three times now because customer service is non-existent and will not fix my app. I've played a total of over 6 hours and spent $10 play triple rewards and CAN'T GET ANY!!
Not enough information on how the game works when starting and also very few opportunities to level up any of the heroes you can actually use without paying 30$ to get their special pass to use others. As well as what orbs they do give you for achievements mostly contain items for heroes you can't use without buying the pass.
I hate how much i love this game. I play it way more than I should. threw most I spent was $10 a month or $5 every 2 weeks if I really wanted to level up. you don't have to spend a dime but you'll have to grind. the wave of new characters with ridiculous abilities that over power existing characters will eventually lead to its decline. I could be wrong.
