Too limited when editing products. I'm able to edit the details/description, mockup, design, and review those changes within the desktop application, but I'm only able to edit the prices in the mobile app. Why so restricted? Also, even though my default currency in my desktop browser edition AND in my mobile app are set to USD, it keeps displaying products in euros EUR.
Great app, but on a mobile device the designer is best avoided. Choosing files from your gallery results in a photo being uploaded rather than the file and the result is a pixellated image. This only appears after publication, looks perfect in design. Fairly obvious bug that needs an urgent fix.
I love gelato I use it for my small business and it's amazing the only thing is that one time was using the app and it had a temporary glitch but apart from that I recommend it, try it and you'll love it!!!!!!
Its not user friendly. No way to filter products to find out what is available and where. I was impressed that my first sample package arrived fairly quickly. But disappointed that 1 of my orders had the bottom of the print cut off. I asked Gelato staff about a replacement and they have told me how to do this, but are ignoring answering if it can be replaced at no cost. I wasn't contacted by the print company before they printed it. My 2nd package hasn't arrived yet. Not reliable sadly.
