I turn on the add but when I look in the gofood is shows that there's no any adds on but they still keep daily budget!!!!!!!!!!! and the restaurant is not on the top. with highest rate it's down 👇 the restaurants which is have 2 star rate more higher then mine why??????? we pay fee + we pay for add Pay pay pay but no result!!!!!
With the old version I had no issues, since even though most of the times we didn't get notifications, the drives still came and the orders were never cancelled. But now with the new version, I'm starting to lose my nerves. Already two days with the new version and all my orders cancelled automatically because we didn't get the notifications. We are losing money, so are you. If the orders are cancelled, I can't get more money and you can't get your commission. Please fix this issue. Thank you!
HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This is the horrible app that can exist drivers are nor responsible assistants always send you unavailable numbers because they lazy to work when customer close orders you lost your money and product even if you apply jokek for compensation they will never send your money back ALSO they just receive money for nothing I already lost 150$ but nobody never answered me where's the money gone!!!!!!!!! They are cheaters!!!!
I think that you need to give us access to report the driver as well. Sometimes the driver mad at us because they can not find the location (the fact is the location is already accurate indeed), and gave us a bad rating. Or some of them mad because they can not contact us, while we still busy preparing the order (small merchant can't hire more staffs). Please, let me know for the upgrade. Thanks
