Impossible to figure out if I'm being billed for this. I am following the directions and looking in my subscription area within Google Play. This app is not showing up in the list of subscribed apps nor is it showing up in my payment history. But in the app settings it shows that I am subscribed to full access with my next billing date. I've looked back through old payments and I do not see this app anywhere. Am I getting full access for free? reached out to customer support twice. No response.
These games introduce different learning concepts in an engaging way that is user-friendly. My daughter can navigate thru the games independently and has been able to since she was probably less than 2. At 3 1/2, she still regularly asks to play the games, so obviously, they hold her attention. We've enjoyed the games. And they offer more games than some if you're not looking to do the subscription & keep it free, which is nice. We enjoy it.
My 1,3 & 5 yr old all play together while the 1 year old handles the screen. They love it, it helps eye hand coordination, recognition and memory. I have enjoyed watching my children play the game. It freezes from time to time, just a piece here or there but stops play. And dont send me notifications saying you want to play... my kids will let me know when they want to or if I'll let them. No 2-4 year old has a phone and forgets about the game until notifications pop up. But good game for kids.
My granddaughter like the one game where you drag the picture to match the animal now before she can play it . IT'S ASKING , to purchase to unlock it. So she can play. I feel that's wrong. That's her favorite. I just finished reading the in app purchase. I may do that. Just confused because she has been playing it. now it is locked. some of the other apps were already locked prior to selecting the game she wanted to play. So its strange the game she has been playing has been locked.
