The game is genuinely enjoyable and the chat function is awesome. You genuinely get to know the active people and clans on the server. the gameplay itself is a little meh. it's easy to get into and the RNG aspect can be a little addicting but there's really nothing to do most of the time after a certain point. It takes days to upgrade the forge, several hours to hatch eggs and upgrade the tech trees, and you can only do the active dungeons twice a day. It basically turns into a chat app
Stepping stones still needs a lot of work as it is essentially a coin flip as to whether or not you move forward even a single tile, let alone six, with ZERO indication as to which is correct. The progress pass gives practically nothing, even if you pay for the premium. There is no way to earn gems without paying for them, which is seemingly expected with how long even basic upgrades start to take. Also for an "idle" game, you need to have the game actively open to even use the auto forge.
I have honestly loved this! great chatroom, absolutely no ads, and just a fun time killer. But, I am running into an issue. I currently can't play it. I am in a clan and it crashes when I try and watch the final battle, I also lost 22 of the premium currency when I did not in fact spend it. EDIT- I just lost another 22 of the premium currency. I'm not even spending it I just open the app and it's gone.
This is a 5 Star game for a lot of reasons, but not happy with the latest "balance" update though, so 3 stars. The total power stat is only based on main gear stats, passive bonuses (ranged, heal, crit, etc.) aren't figured in to the total anymore. Your new gear may be higher in main stats, and passive may or may not be beneficial to your total power, but it's not figured into the up or down in power displayed, so you don't know the actual loss or benefit of the gear.
