Used a few times in Senegal. It was easier than a taxi for me because I don't speak French. The prices seemed fair. Biggest problem is that when you request a ride, no matter where the driver is, it automatically says "5 minutes", even if the driver is really 20 minutes away. One driver cancelled because he couldn't find us, even with location tracking; we were waiting at an Auchan near the port of Dakar, not knowing that there was another Auchan a block away.
I waited over an hour for a ride. Driver repeatedly increased the fare after previous amounts had been accepted. When I explained that I had already agreed to higher prices than the original fare, he hung up on my face before I could finish speaking. Very unprofessional experience.
I had a very bad experience. I paid for a ride, but the taxi never arrived. I waited for about 50 minutes and no driver showed up. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. I expect a full refund as soon as possible. Please improve your service and customer support.
Error right out the gate when trying to enter my phone number. Guess I'll never know if this app is good.
