Overall very good. Could be better with allowing you to book a room after midnight for what we all consider still that same evening! Sometimes the app is slow and can be painful trying to book a room but mostly is very good. Would be nice if it was easier to edit criteria when booking. Love the room controls and digital key! love how easy it is to book with points. I won't stay at any other hotel if there's a Hilton close enough!
the app works well enough to make reservations, check in and out, see stay histories. But recently they decided to ramp up the notification spam. I have all marketing options turned off but that doesn't seem to matter, so I blocked all notifications. hopefully I don't miss something useful as a result. I shouldn't have to turn off an app function to be able to tolerate your app on my phone.
Glitchy, slow, and really frustrating. Don't use it unless you have to. Tried to get the digital key and kept getting the "oops" message. Tried later from a different location and different router—same story. I don't know when they'll have the bugs worked out, but for now it's pretty useless.
Be careful if you use Digital Keys or Digital Checkout. The App will not let you login for hours at times, meaning you can't get back into your room or you can't do a digital checkout. it's not a huge problem to have to interact with the front desk to get keys or checkout, but be sure to calculate that into your travel scheduling if timelines get tight. Also, the in-app "chat with us" text box does not allow us to see the third line of text as we are typing.
