Just spent $300 on these headphones and can connect to my phone but when I open the app it says, unable to pair even though it's paired.. Very very annoying considering I want to/need to use the EQ feature in the app. Using a Samsung Galaxy S26 with the Hypercloud III S wireless.
So I recently purchased the HyperX Cloud lll S. I installed the app on my PC and it worked flawlessly. It found my Headset instantly and there were no issues adjusting the EQ ec. I wanted to connect the Headset to my phone aswell so I downloaded this app. Even though my Headset is turned on and even connected to my phone the app just couldn't find it. Theres an option to "pair device", but like I said, its already connected, so why would I need to pair it again? Please fix this issue, Thank you
I bought a HyperX Quadcast S mic. This is the app that's needed to adjust the mic. But it doesn't open on MacBook. You must use Windows. I've been told there's ways to work around this. But I don't know how to do all that. I tried to download it on my phone. But it only gives an option to pair to earbuds. Very disappointing wish I knew this before I purchased this microphone. I'm really thinking about returning it.
This feels like false advertising. On the official HyperX website it says the app is compatible with the microphones. I got the Quadcast mic and wanted to take it to the next level with the software. This app is only compatible with their Bluetooth devices and not any of the USB devices. Meaning the app compatibility is absolutely bogus. Please make this more compatible with USB devices.
