Please add controller support! Edit: After playing for a while I have to lower my score. This game isn't very well balanced and it really doesn't feel fun to play after a few sessions. There are classes that don't matter because you die before they become actually relevant. The player characters have horrendous accuracy even from advantageous positions while the NPCs hardly ever miss.
It's a lot of fun. Neat design and cool ideas. Simple but fun. HOWEVER, the game apparently deletes your save after loading it and doesn't save it again until you exit the game... so hopefully your game/phone doesn't crash or your adventure is dead. The dev should think about periodic autosaves and backups. UPDATE: Dev fixed the save issue two days later. Great game. Five stars.
Really neat game concept with a lot of tactical depth. Art style is a bit simple and I understand if somebody found it off-putting but I didn't mind it. I would like more varied room designs or something visually different. But what really prevents me from enjoying this more is the RNG. It's way too random at higher floors. Full health characters with good armor and shields will die in one turn if enemies focus them, and the roguelike elements mean one turn of bad RNG can ruin a whole run.
My experience was mostly possitive. Well thought of mechanical and mathmatical stats, but i think the UI need a bit of tweaking for users to better read/see. Spelling errors are understandable and learning about weapon proficiencies and how they can affect each character would reduce the amount of clutter on the character pages. Ex: Attk m for Melee Attack (M Atk) There isnt a need to having 3 throwing abilities. Just have a simple throw ability, or have it level for weapon specific.
