Took a bit to get used to. I wish it'd add where the subway is bound to go. It only has the next stop, but not where it's bound to. For example, if I want to go to Dongducheon, it's Soyosan bound. But instead, the app would show you the name of the next stop of the line you're on. So if I'm at dongducheon-jujang, it'll say the next stop is Bosan. But I have no idea if that's towards Incheon or Soyosan. Sometimes it isn't a big deal but sometimes it is when the tracks aren't close and you have to walk around. I would like them to see if they could add Busan's bus routes and not just Seoul. Overall good app.
Takes a bit of figuring out to use it ( not too hard dont worry) . Used it during my seoul trip. I highly recommend it. It is a life saver as the metro can be pretty overwhelming to figure out at first with everyone rushing in and out of the train all around you. Definitely handy to have the app so you dont jump out at the wrong station hahaha. Tq developers, good job done!!!
This app is the single reason why I wasn't lost in Seoul. Genuinely couldn't have found my way around if it weren't for this app. If your native language is English, or English is stronger and more recognizable than Korean, I highly recommend using this app to navigate the Seoul Metro. The metro themselves are in Korean and English too, but figuring out where you need to go, this app will help you out immensely! 2025/05/21 I am still using this app 6 years later, and it is still amazing!
You're times aren't accurate anymore. Multiple times this app has stated that the subway will come at this time only for it to be incorrect and show up 5, 7, even 10 minutes late. Inaccurate transfer times. I can't even begin to count how many times I've missed the transfer because of this. I am uninstalling this app and using a different app from now on.
