I had high hopes and love the normal "Thenics". Unfortunately, this App is unfinished, rushed and not functioning. The app only has one course that is available won't go past the "start course button. The other 2 courses have a" coming soon" picture on it. When you attempt to pick a workout it also doesn't go past the " start page". Want to purchase the pro version? The screen just goes white. I hope the company eventually fixes these bugs Edit: I emailed the developer twice and no response.
Most of the calisthenics apps are infuriating. I cannot recall if it was being heavily reliant on internet or what. I ended up here after a few of them. What I need, a good app that can take me through routines simply, show me picks or animations, full videos are not necessary. I am yet to use this but I hope it works like a guided book reading.
Decent with the kickboxing techniques but a lot of information is behind a paywall, as for the parkour I'd say it's not useful, as just watching videos online would help the same way but at least it gives you a training plan.
Nice ideaal, but the timers in the workout do not work. Instead of storting the timer when you begin an exercise, only one timer starts and stays at zero for the rest of the exercises.
