Shockingly buggy for an app of such importance. The "Reset PIN" functionality sends you to a test environment. I'm given a tour of the app every time I use it, despite having used it for years. Repeatedly locks you out of the app. Poor accessibility as errors are displayed as transparent text over a white background. Even the fundamental concept of logging data is aggressively clunky.
Appalling app. Has now blocked me completely from logging in. I got no notification or reminder for my last injection. Have reinstalled the app and used my original registration code from my email as requested and ... nothing. I don't exist. Absolutely horrible service, non existent support. I wouldn't mind had the Nurse not made such a song and dance about this wonderful app when I started Kesimpta last June and how much support was there for me and all other patients. Seriously, do better.
Sends too many notifications, I only want to track my injections. Most of the notifications i receive tell me to read things I've already read and now I can't even log into the app to track my injections. After looking at IQVIA's website and that they're pushing AI i wouldn't be surprised if half of the code was generated by AI so now the terrible state of the app makes sense.
terrible app, started kesimpta in april was a good app, now all of a sudden it logs me in but nothing loads or shows up. only been a month and its stopped working. now I just log it on my calendar for reminders
