The game is pay to win, you physically can't get kyes fast enough for most upgrades before they reset, and the game hasn't seen any gameplay improvement, additional ships, or additional levels added in about 2 years. I mean the gold deal in the shop just keeps getting reset once the timer counts all the way down and the exclusive package which would normally have different stuff in it every now and then, has been exactly the same for about 2 years... It's like the game just got abandoned.
This game's pretty good. I like fighting with boats, and I like being able to customize the boats I'm fighting with. Problem was, most games like that were PvP games, and I'm not a fan of those. This one is very nice because it kind of has the feel of a PvP battleship game in a largely PvE environment. It works well. Nice wide selection of ships and equipment as well. Some of the levels seem a bit impossible, but I've managed to cache enough stage-skip perks that I should be fine for a while.
I really loved this game, it was tons of fun, the ships are really detailed, and the controls are not difficult to learn. I am deducting one star because there appears to be a bug that is eliminating the sound effects but not the background music. Edit: I have changed my rating to 1 star because my anti-virus has now identified this game as Malware! I don't know what changed after 7 years, but I'm going to uninstall just in case.
I have loved your game from the moment I first played it. I prefer the ships with a lot of auto-cannons, the more the better. But lately, I have had so many that even with only auto cannons I end up going negative due to ammunition costs. As such I have been thinking about what is a way to conserve ammo for auto-cannons. I came up with you need a system to change what the auto-cannons prioritize. These options could be: option one to have all cannons prioritize separate targets, as long as there are enough targets. The next could be to target lower health targets first. The next target mode could be the highest health to lowest health. Next, the default which is everyone shoots the closest target. The next change overall which will be nice is if the auto-cannons only shoot enough to kill the target they are killing. Another general change which would be nice is if the auto-cannons could shoot and kill mines.
