customer service is not responsive. Booked a tour from the company through the kkday app. The next day, got an email from kkday saying there is a change in the tour and offer an alternative. However, trying to get clarification or questions from them is next to impossible. You can't call the company or text them. very frustrating.
I tried to buy tickets with different credit cards and each time it said payment unsuccessful. I gave up and then used another app instead - zero problems. One day later, I was surprised to see that I was charged for each "payment unsuccessful" (5 times) and now I have to wait 7-14 days for a refund. Beyond unsatisfied with this experience. ZERO!
Everything is good if you don't make changes/cancellations, I did a cancellation and refunds were not received after more than 2 months. Customer Support is non existent and they keep saying refunds have been processed and after waiting and checking with my e-wallet company, no refunds have ever been issued and then silence from KKday.
Don't bother with the reviews and rewards. They are dishonest. Any coupons you get are only valid for a month or so. Even then they have a minimum spend. But you can't add many items such as esims to cart, they must be paid for immediately and one by one. Then it's mostly impossible to reach the amount to use a coupon, unless you buy the overpriced amusement tickets etc.
