First played this game back in 2014, and loved it. Now, several years later, I'm glad to see they've kept it working, and updated, however very few improvements have been made, if any at all. In fact, some of the same things that were broken then, are still broken now. A lot of bugs, sometimes crashing, not saving your progress, tablet optimization is not a thing, which is a big disappointment. All the new content has made me realize they care only about taking money, not improving the game.
I LOVE this game, but the slot machines need reworking. Every time you play it ends up in credits, and if you match two things, it will just give you the thing lower on the rarity list. This mechanic has stolen so many good items from me, just because of the fact I got 2 credit slots. Please find a way to rework this, or remove credits from the lucky slots entirely. Other than that great game.
I like experimenting with the genetic combinations, then testing them in battle. It's a quick fun gladiatoral game. You can still get the combination you want without paying, but it's a grind. I know for game balance there is a level restricter, that eats your coins to advance. It would be nice if the devs would fix the ads. 50% of time they don't load for me, then I can't get the rest of ads for my rewards.
The game itself is great. But it's a huge money pit. Gold is ridiculously expensive. The slots are a total rip off. Got 1000 gold. Played the slots just for kicks 100 times and got the 10000 credit "reward" like 80% of the time. Its a shame because its a great game but I'm ashamed of myself for actually paying real money for gold. I could buy an actual console game with better quality for the money i spent On one gold package. They try way to hard to grab at your wallet. It's insulting.
