Takes a pretty long time to get money once you're at a high level. Normal I guess, but when you're waiting to earn money, it's really boring because there's nothing to do. You might be like, "well you could just do offline earnings." There's a time limit of how much time you can be offline. (Don't blame them cause people would abuse the system.) Game became boring after a while. Recommend if you're a fan of Idle games, but if you want a lot of fast paced action gameplay, this game isn't it.
Deleted my old review, this game has terrible customer service. They tell you to email them, but when I did, its super slow responses, none of which are actually fixing the problem. I paid for a pack that isn't showing in my game, provided proof of purchase, yet they still haven't given it to me so I can actually play again. I paid for 750 gems, plus 70% profit bonus and 3 hours of online time, yet I've only received 50 gems to "help me catch up". Just give me what I've proven I paid you for.
Lost access to my play, and I paid to play. I left a review on here yesterday, got a response from a bot, now my review is gone. It appears multiple people have lost their progress and have been stuck in a tutorial loop. The least you could do is acknowledge it and ask everyone to be patient while you fix it. Instead you send a bot with an automated message saying it will pass on the information to a "human". I paid for a game I can't play. I would like a human response or my money back.
This game repeatedly goads you into buying their ad skip, which is $15. The ads themselves aren't that bad, you choose to watch them for rewards, but the ads themselves are the most annoying kinds; if you don't push the x in the exact right spot, it opens a browser window AND Google Play Store, which is absolutely infuriating--especially because it makes you miss out on your reward 90% of the time. The game itself isn't bad, it's okay. You hit a progress wall pretty fast, but it's an idle game.
