Though I have started exercising using this app but the ads on social media are misleading. The ads show that it is a lazy workout on beds, but it is not. its proper workout that they are providing like other apps. I want my money back from the subscription as i paid money seeing the ad which is not actually there in the app. The same kind of exercises are free everywhere on other apps. this is highly unethical and unprofessional to show something else and give something else.
It seems very detailed on setup but the injury part doesn't ask if you have an ab injury (diastasis recti). There are some simple and effective exercises for diastasis recti that they could add (deadbug, etc) and they should not recommend crunches to someone with diastasis recti.
from last 3 days this app is not opened and I pay for 3 months subscription....I checked in play Store it's updated....then also not working properly.... from Sunday same issue occurred.... when I opened app it stuck on easyfit initial page for long time.... workout not opened. I need help from support team to fix this issue as soon as possible..... otherwise refund payment.....,.....
Surface looked like a great starter workout app, and gave you a simple straightforward of the workouts (warm up, workout, cool down) However it skipped the warm up and went straight to mid workout.
