I've really enjoyed using the app and I've accrued a fair amount of BTC rewards. I love how easy it is to transfer to my portfolio and back. However, I really dislike how the salary match is only for people who earn more than £2500 a month after tax. It's not clearly stated, and it discriminates between those of a lower economic position. I'm fine if there is a transferring threshold, e.g, an accumulation of all transfers in a month exceeding £2500 triggers the match.
I like the app overall, it's easy to use but there are times when I can not access the app, it won't load rather on wifi or Mobile data and I am not able to access my funds for a period of time. 😕 wish they fixed whatever bug that is because it's happened twice since I've had the account.
please guys don't download the app or open this account is one of the most useless bank i have ever seen my account was restricted for no reason, i mistakenly send a reasonable amount of money into this bank account, i have send a email more than 4 times up till now no response nothing has been done please don't open this account if not you will regret it as i am regretting it now.
It's a SCAM. You start using it, you deposit and in a week you get "Funding Suspended", but it is not just funding, your whole account is blocked, you cannot pay, you cannot withdraw. And nobody replies to you, and you just talk to some AI bot, who btw did mention it could take 90 days to lift a restriction. Just to make it clear - their T&C do mention they can suspend account and that you cannot withdraw in that case, so yes, they can legally "keep" your money indefinitely. Stay away!
