Used to never have issues, but the app over the last year and a half or so, is insanely slow, sometimes simply changing to a different tab will take several seconds to load, app sometimes entirely locks up and requires me to force close it and open it again. Had the same issue on a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, on a OnePlus 12R, and a Samsung Galaxy Fold 6, and a Samsung Galaxy Tab S7. 4 devices, same issues, same timespan. It's the app.
I used to really like this app, then they flooded it with unwanted features and annoying, un-customizable notifications. They will tell you you can adjust them, but that's a lie. Now, I can't even log in! They changed something where it takes you to a multiple accts login screen, even if you have only 1 acct. And it won't log in anymore. Support is no longer in existence for Kraken either. Be warned!!!
The trading system in micro contracts will validly show a conditional take profit and stop loss before submitting an order for position. Once that order is executed, the stop loss or take profit condition of the initial order will be deleted in error. The user will not get any notification that any part of the conditional orders were not executed. Even if proof is provided (picture), support will not acknowledge system error. The trader is ultimately set up for failure.
Convenient way to buy crypto. The pricing of cryptos seems to be delayed. The buy it now price seems out of sync with current market value by enough of a margin to put a bad taste in your mouth. Also, fees could be a little cheaper, in my opinion. The purchase history detail could be more transparent and detailed. Still decent for just a quick purchase.
