Way too many ads. I know that's par for the course with games these days, especially the idle ones that seem to just be money making schemes by the creators. But my goodness. The prices for things is ridiculous so it really prompts you to watch ads but the ads are not short and it's the same ads over and over. No, thank you.
I'm liking it so far, but I have to suggest paying for no ads. It's definitely playable without watching ads, but there are a ton of bonuses you would have to miss out on without watching ads. I might pay for it after getting paid as I do like the game. It is fun and I enjoy the stories about the tenants. Loses a star because of the volume of reward ads.
Main issue is have is that my tenants start demanding items that require diamonds (something you don't get a lot of for free meaning you need to buy it) or they'll start paying less and stay in s bad mood. No other apartment game I've played had made it a requirement to have those items. Please fix that, it's annoying and I'm not putting real money into this for a picture frame and flowers.
It is a fun game. I do enjoy the game and the way it is designed. Slow money growth but enough to play and enjoy playing. The graphics are great too. I have watched probably 15 to 20 ads in the last 3 days and only received 3 or 4 of the rewards for watching the ads. I have been playing for a few weeks. Completed the upgrade (3/26/26) and now I cannot get the game to run. It shuts down as soon as it opens. I have restarted my phone and made sure I was hooked up to strong wifi.
