Since last update, every night at 10:00 p.m. My clock announces quite loudly "Good night, sleep well" and then starts playing some soundtrack from the app. I do not have this set as a bedtime routine. Since I often go to bed before 10:00 p.m. this is really frustrating as I cannot figure out how to turn it off.
I would absolutely love this app if they would play the alarm at the set volume! I set an alarm through Alexa to play my Spotify playlists and it NEVER, I mean NEVER plays at full volume. No matter how many times I set the volume. I went out of my way to research an alarm that has all the capabilities I wanted so I could listen to motivational playlists I have on Spotify when I wake. I found it yet this feature is useless because it will not wake me up or get me out of bed.
Love the idea of this. My husband bought this for my birthday last year. I love listening to white noise while I'll sleep. Multiple times a night the noise will cut out occasionally interrupting my sleep. Have emailed the company numerous times with no response. Rarely will the noise last all night. Would be better off with a cheap white noise machine.
App and light do not communicate. Light cannot function without app. No issues with my router or home Internet.
