I changed my review to 1 star because I use to love the game was playing it for years but now you can't even pass some of the higher levels without making a purchase. I already spend enough money on this game as it is getting packages and stuff that you offer in different parts of the game. I won't spend another dime. Sadly it maybe time for me to find another game.
A+ tri journey 5 stars leaving solitaire Grand harvest their prize packages are up to $40 each, you can't play without them, it got impossible. their algorithm takes advantage of you. got this game. I love it. it's just as fun. the side games give winnings. You're able to watch advertisements to get free power-ups and gameplay options. I like the option of advertisements( instead of having to pay $40 ( rip off) ) I've been able to play journey & not spend a $1. keep it up Journey!
edit: customer service is great. i truly enjoy playing this game it just seems that with new update there is no way to turn off sound. I'm going to contact thru game and see what happens. that crying lady and baby is very annoying and nerve-wracking. i like this game but videos have no way to turn off the sound again! the ads have captions but no way to turn off very frustrating. i like to listen to audiobooks and ads play at the same time.
This app used to be enjoyable, but DON'T ever spend real money in it. You will LOSE free ads for challenges that are necessary to advance. The merge match challenge won't load for me, so I'm going to uninstall this app. It takes too long to accrue rewards for things in game play. The rewards are tiny in comparison and a waste of time. I'm thoroughly disappointed because I've played this game for several years. It used to be a lot of fun. Any customer support given has not been helpful.
