‘Unable to fetch data... please try again later’ is always appearing while loading. Sometimes money disappears after a top-up without any explanation. We then have to wait weeks to get the money credited back to the account, even after sending continuous emails. Since there are no proper controls in place, they seem to be operating in their own way. This is the worst mobile application I have ever used.
Straight out awful. The app takes forever to load, and when it does it says there's an "internet error" and to try again later, when it FINALLY manages to log in after a countless amount of attempts, it wouldn't let me add a card or use a pre-existing one from before to charge credit and get my necessity. It had gotten to a point where it was completely unusable, I had to use an iOS device except it worked almost instantly. FIX THIS APP ON ANDROID, OPTIMIZATION SHOULDN'T BE EXCLUSIVE TO IOS.
Absolutely frustrating. The company forces us to manage 80% of our line services through the app, yet the app itself is completely broken. It barely works once out of twenty attempts. It constantly freezes, shows connection errors, and fails to load. For a major telecom provider, this level of app optimization is unacceptable. Please fix your servers and release a stable update for Android immediately!
One of the worst apps. I keep getting the error "Unable to fetch data" . I have tried using multiple phones and i also cleared cache, cleared storage, uninstalled and installed the app. and the funny thing is the website login also has problems. No resolution since many months. How can they be so stupid and not fix this basic problem?? I will now switch my number to another operator.
