This app is a DISASTER. I only downloaded it because the game that I play requires you to in order to get extras, if you bind your account. But so far, it's been super buggy and nothing works. For example, if I try to contact the customer service chat on my Android device, the keyboard completely covers the text field so you have no idea what you're writing. It's like no one did any QA. I can't believe that Google would allow this in their store, it's a mess.
The interface is very confusing, I'm not sure how to navigate. I joined for one game, so I'm trying to follow one circle and it's owner, but there's no way to see the latest post. Even when using filter, the order is still jumbled. A post will say "posted one hour ago" but when I open it it's from several months ago. I don't know what the rewards and coins, etc. are even used for. There's no clear instructions to understand the app dynamics. Update: I'm not reporting a problem, this is a rating.
Laggy. Annoying pop-up review every single post / sending gift. Very inconvenient opening gifts at Private chats. Can't do anything with the gifts we get (Doesn't feel rewarding, no earnings). Extra functions of app feels more like a dating app than gaming community app. Inconvenient search engine, there's no way to find your own post within a sea of post. Can't multi-delete conversations, have to delete 1 by 1. Can't do Long Post at other pages only at official pages. Bugs takes forever to fix
Hello Bonbon Team, I am using the Bonbon Gaming Community app version 2.2.7 on a Samsung Galaxy S24. The app closes immediately whenever I try to open it. I have already tried: Clearing cache and data Reinstalling the app Restarting the phone But the issue still persists. Android shows the message: "Bonbon closed because this app has a bug.
