Such an infuriating app. It's incredibly slow, the UI is confusing, and it's so buggy. Ran into several issues when trying to upload a profile picture. Also the app says it works with fitbit, but after connecting to fitbit there's no way (that I could find) to sync or get data from fitbit so you have to enter everything manually.
App is janky and outdated. Was originally intrigued by the Conqueror challenges, thought I'd install the app first to see how it integrates with my Fitbit tracker. I didn't even get that far. Every button redirects to the "Missions" tab, where it says you can open the menu to add a mission...syke! You have to login by browser to access that. So I do...Which leads me to a janky map selection (you can't even search a destination on mobile)...which promptly crashed. Uninstalled!
I did the route 66 challenge. I completed it and it never let me finish that last 60 to 80 miles. The app stopped counting miles and so they wasted my money. Never got the ribbon or credit for what was a pretty long and expensive journey to get screwed over. Don't give these people you money for anything that's going to take you time. That don't deliver.
The app is a little clunky. I joined a mission/challenge and they use My Virtual Mission for logging miles. The app is a little clunky to use. I'm technically savvy and it took more than a few minutes to find the Mission, and to connect my Strava account. They only support a handful of third party apps for tracking your mileage/ activities. The interface is a little confusing, you have to switch between the different pages to get all the information about your Mission and progress.
