Please Note: If you are currently using Express Invoice on your PC or Mac and wish to access your data, you will need to turn on the Web Access feature from the main menu in the program. Doing this allows you to set up remote access for yourself and other users from any web browser including Android mobile devices. Data can be synced between Express Invoice programs on Android, Windows, Mac and iOS devices so that you can access your invoices on any platform.

I like the app on the computer, we paid for the full bersion and then paid for the mobile version 2 years ago, they promised us they were going to make it syncable with the desktop version. 2 years later and the mobile version still doesn’t work. For the last 6 months, we have been going back and forth with IT about it now syncing. They say they have sent it up to a higher level to figure out why and that they would reach out to us with a fix. We are still waiting on a fix.
Would be great if it actually emailed the invoice, it does not. Says it does but nope. Texting a PDF doesn't work either because the fields do not populate. Also I paid for the plus version but it does not show that I actually have the plus version. Can it really be that hard to build a simple invoice app? I don't think so.
While it was great to have the program on both my PC and tablet, neither would sync however I tried. As of the last update it no longer works on my tablet any longer. I go to create a quote or estimate and it only shows a narrow bar at the top of the screen where I would edit it, cut off at the top and the rest of the screen is blank.
I have done a reveiw about express invoice before .. unfortunately, I am back again as the contact page on the app doesn't seem to be working .. I did all my invoices only to discover it hadn't saved them to my tablet .. and when I did manage to send them, all my customers had blank invoices .. the currency was in dollars. What's going on ????? Frustrating very frustrating 😤
