The Scenario Creator also allows you to create your own Tactics and Features with custom icons and text before editing their effects.
Change the Game: Dive into the nuts and bolts of the game’s mechanics to configure Civilian, Military, Insurgent and Zone variables, radically changing the way Rebel Inc. plays!

Got this game 6 years ago and still play it. Free version is a good mobile game unto itself; no ads except for the devs own products and the pay-to-advance wall doesn't hit for awhile. This is the one and only mobile game I've ever spent money on and I went for the full $20ish package, no regrets. With the upgrade this is a legit strategy game and not just an ad or time killer like so many other mobile games. The scenario editor adds a lot of replayability too.
Spent 3 bucks and got nothing from it. At that point, why not make everything you do a separate dlc. Clicking the start button? 5 bucks! I bought this pack because it said I could unlock everything in scenarios. Boom, spent on it. But then, when I try to download a scenario, it says "You can't play this because you haven't spent 5 bucks on scenarios." WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY ANOTHER PACK SEPERATE FROM THE ORIGINAL? Fix this now, I'm not paying for more packs for one thing.
It's good I like it there's one teeny tiny problem which is the reason why I'm giving it only two stars every time I make a new unit out of copy and paste because I'm too lazy to make it myself every time it's always whenever I copy National or Coalition soldiers one that the copy version crashes in game and it won't show up when you are able to purchase it could you please look into this and see if it's a bug if so fix it
It was hard to use at first, but that's cause I didn't watch the tutorial button that's clearly in the main menu since I decided to learn everything myself, this is really fun to use and you can quickly get the hang of it.
