Don't bother. Your neopass will become unlinked. Sending a ticket to get it fixed is not worth the trouble. Someone responded to my ticket ONCE requesting more information, I sent it within mere minutes, and it's been a week with no more responses to my ticket and I doubt they will respond again. I have dozens of rewards waiting to be sent to my account. According to JN, uninstalling and reinstalling is likely to reset progress and make the prizes go away. I've wasted so much time on this!
Worst "game" ever. I played this for two years and lost everything due to a glitch during the Donation Dome event in April. Had to restart over. The May Donation Dome event started nine days ago, and I can't login today. Here we go again. For a game that has been out for so long and never changes, how can there be so many issues? The "game" itself takes three days, the rest is logging in for the Neopets perks.
I cleared all the content and decided to buy a cosmetic item, but it was never added to my game. A support team member asked me to provide proof with screenshots, which I sent immediately, and I never heard back again. For how aggressive the premium advertising is and how overpriced the items are, I'm shocked the app can just STEAL. Really horrible experience. Edit to respond: Yeah, I bought an item and my game is "lacking" the item I bought. Was this a real question? :|
I would give a 0 if possible. the rewards for Neopets is great but everything else is awful. Prepare to uninstall/reinstall monthly. if you lost your save file during that its just gone, no way of retrieval. Constant updates that crash the game. the rewards for the site disconnect randomly. and there's really no game after 3 days of play. After the tutorial is over, that's literally the whole game except for events which frequently crash the game. I'm so over this app.
