Reserving and picking up the car went well. However, an accidental double booking was made and it took some effort (and many chats/calls thru the app) to get the call center team to understand and provide assistance. I was finally able to get through to a customer service specialist who was able to provide a refund. So it worked out in the end for me. My best advice is be sure you have your booking # and PIN. Without that it can be difficult to ever gain access to your booking!!!
This company is a scam. Went to their website to manage a booking and it stated cancellation until pickup was available. Come to find out, that was not true. Their policy is 48 hours prior. Very difficult to work this out with customer service, as there is no phone. Also, after I cancelled, I was not able to un-cancel and still use the reservation, therefore losing my money. Your customer service was totally unhelpful and unwilling to work with me in any way. Will never book with them again.
Very pointless app. They tried to offer HALF a refund when I had to CANCEL on their end and pay for EVERY damn thing, by myself. After wasting time on the phone with them, they kept trying to say "I accepted the offer". No. I wanted the refund because all I paid for WAS THE DAMN BOOKING!!! Something I could've done FOR FREE!!! So yeah, no. NEVER reinstalling and well eternally continue to downgrade after my experience with them!
There was no clear statement that a credit card is required. I open a booking and suddenly here it is. I pay a deposit with a debit card just fine but the main payment doesn't accept it?? If you take prepayment with a debit card but require a credit card for the rest you absolutely must warn the user upfront. Losing 50€ in fees over this is unacceptable.
