I would say it's a good concept to see mediacorp venture into cashback businesses, and offering a pretty good rate as compared to it's competitors. However, the site and especially the app has lots of rooms for improvements. The UI I would say it's there already. The user-friendliness is totally not. Even on the login page, you wouldn't know you typed in a wrong password, since there's 0 prompt nor error msg. Meanwhile, the session seems to keep getting disconnected on the app. "Failed to get response" keeps popping out after logging in. Would had been good if there was a "Keep me signed in to this device" option to easily solve this issue. Hope to see more improvements in the upcoming months to come!
I wanted to play the tiger game but there wasn't a check box to tick and agree on the T&C so I can't proceed. Or maybe the pop-up is too wide and went beyond my screen. My phone is Samsung A8+ Originally, I don't want to put this technical issue in the review but even the Contact Us has problem. 😂 It kept saying "This field is required", even tho' I have input text. So I can't submit... Utterly speechless. Looks like your developer is probably underpaid.
The games in the Hu Tiger Prosperity Dash are exciting. I enjoy playing Bakery Spree. The music is catchy and always perks me up. I'm having great fun and addicted to it. However, I notice that the score and best score reflected are the same. I thought "best score" would reflect our best score from playing the game. For me, I manually recorded some of my best scores. It would be great if the system can reflect the player's best score, as it is a form of motivation and achievement for the player.
Downloaded just and it hangs at the intro screen including skip button doesn't work + hv to multi click back button to get out?! Mediacorp IT is very disappointing including MeWatch has frequent hanging in the midst of watching TV programs- hv given up watching MeWatch on regularly basis as the same issue has not been resolved for years (definitely already existing before covid)?!
