Best phone plan ever, unlike Play, RCS is unrestricted, 75GB of fast 5G internet (240-550 Mbps of downloads and 50 Mbps uploads), free eSIM, cheap EU roaming (And also you receive 12GB EU roaming in the 75GB package).. Just for 35 PLN? I remember paying a little bit less when I was on Play, 30 PLN for 30GB, 4G, restricted RCS, and worse app, so I think Orange Flex is the best ❤️
you can't delete your account - the app prevents you from deleting it and just opens a chat with support where they repeat the same thing and ignore your request to delete your account
The annual plan is basically a scam - you will have to pay extra for internet etc. Don't fall for it and buy monthly plans instead.
This is the first time in my life leaving a comment but my experience with Orange Flex was so bad that I feel people should know. While trying to change my plan my number was deactivated and getting help from support was almost IMPOSSIBLE!! The process was unnecessarily complicated and the support team was not helpful at all. Instead of solving the issue they made it more frustrating. Because of this experience I will never use Orange Flex again and I would not recommend it to others.
