Update - translation appeared - not fully but at least you can understand some things. But having a Love package apparently freaks out the app - can't see my fixed internet, and multiple other things show an error or a message saying something couldn't be downloaded . Maybe ask orange from other countries to sell you their app, like Orange Romania. That's a good app
If you offer an English language option in the settings, make sure to actually translate the app. Right now, it’s an absolute mess: half of the interface changes to English, while the other half remains in Polish. What is the point of this? If you officially provide a language feature, finish the job and translate everything properly. Extremely frustrating and lazy execution.
I don't think 1 star rating is fair for the app itself, but constant bombardment with internal ADs, promotions, discounts. new offers, buy this, get that, another pop up window - when I just want to get in, pay my invoice and leave is the most horrendous design I've seen. if I want to check a discount or get a new service, I'll check it myself. The predatory tactic of stacking offers that aren't even that good is making the app unbearable.
App is not working. Not able to open "due to internal error". I have removed and installed it again and same notification.
