What can you expect from the game: action-platforming that the original games were, but introduced with a host of features that turn the game into a more stealthy and tactical oriented game with some rogue-lite features on top.
Touch-controls are fully customizable (size, placing on screen) and the game supports controllers.
The idea is that you are free to tackle this game in the way you like: Sneak around and take your time to take down the enemies? you can do that! Prefer to rush through the game guns blazing? You’re THAT good? Well go for it!
My tip? Try a little bit of both, and be more tactical about your approach. Often it’s smarter to not engage with a large group of enemies, and rather take them out one by one or with a well placed sticky bomb, or land mine. In other situations going full on Rambo-mode is probably the best chance of survival and get to the chopper!
The game uses procedurally generated environments, making every game a different experience, and failing your mission is just an excuse to try again as your starting team will always be different, and the world will come with new challenges and different building layouts to sneak your way through.

I actually really like this game, but its kinda buggy atm. When you die with an intel briefcase, the game loops and you cant finish the mission. Sometimes you just get thrown very far for no reason. Some levels make you repeat and repeat like 7 times until you finally get the final objective. I'd love to see this issues fixed, as I stated earlier I love this game.
This is a great retro game, OrangePixel style. I've read some reviews complaining about the controls. I find them fine. Just move them to where you want and give them a chance, and they become intuitive after a while. As with all OrangePixel games, graphics and sound are perfect and gameplay is great fun, with bags of depth and replay value. Also, devs like OP should be supported for eschewing in-app purchasing, paywalls and other greed-based rubbish. Love this game, roll on Space Grunts 2.
It would be 5 stars if the controls were fixed the buttons are too close whenver i move i keep opening up invetory and also if you were able to choose your character and it wasnt chosen for you
The controls were a bit confusing for the first handful of runs, but after tweaking them a bit, I am very pleased with my purchase.
