Always Freezing- I would love to use the app if it would work. It freezes every time I try to enter any data. The layout on the screen is also poorly designed as the Save & Back buttons are at the very top of my Pixel's screen which means I can't select them because they are layered with the header of my phone. For a billion dollar pharmaceutical company I would expect this app to be flawless.
Every time I enter my login info the app boots me back to the login screen. It's not letting me enter the app. Updated 2/24/2024 - finally got in the app after a number of tries. Suggestions - Under B-movements I think there should be a selection for urgency, color & pain.
This app is garbage for way too many reasons to count. There was another app I used for years but when I updated my phone, it wouldn't transfer and seems to no longer be in service. That's unfortunate because while this app has a couple of com features, it's main purpose isn't functional. I wish the old app that worked great took a few notes from this to make a perfect, working app. 1/29/25 - the worst app in 20+ years of having UC. They should just discontinue it.
I love the new calendar . I can see easily navigate thru the dates and see what I tracked in one place. I also love the feature to export my data so I can show it to my doctor.
