First, I really like the many aquariums, adventures and match 3 puzzles. I have spent some money to get energy for the adventures when I get stuck on a hard puzzle. Second, I am disappointed that the fish eating everything and growing game is not anywhere In Fishdome. They should change the app picture and ads. I kept this game on my phone because I liked that plot, but I have yet to encounter it.
I've been playing this game since it hit Big Fish on PC in 2008. The game itself plays basically the same but now it's inundated with microtransactions and cards and teams and other dumb stuff which has totally ruined it. Even the fish in my aquariums are telling me to buy, buy, buy. They used to be fun. Now they're just salesmen. Absolutely ridiculous. No thanks. I miss the days where you bought a game once and the devs weren't trying to nickel & dime you every time you try and play.
Doesn't play as shown in the ad. Why? That game would be really fun. The bonus game never really changes and it's about moving levers to get the fish food to the fish. It's very simple and boring, since it never gets harder. The main game is better and the adventure & side games are fun. Still don't understand why they don't advertise the real game. The hard levels require you to purchase credits to get farther, but there's a lot of free play with this game.
Been playing for 2 years. Now it's turned into a money grab. I used to get a reliable gem every time I fed my fish. Now, lucky if I get one a day. power-ups disappear randomly during play. "Deals" pop up during timed bonus play, delaying your chances to benefit from bonuses. Forced claim of prizes is another new glitch. Customer service is NOT responsive. I've spent far too much $$. I would quit if I wasn't on a team; considering to delete the app. Too frustrating, not enough enjoyment.
