About This App
Bark uses advanced algorithms to detect and proactively alert parents to issues your family faces online, such as bullying, predators, sexual content, and more. You can stay on top of your child's location using our real-time map or location check-in features. We also monitor social media and also block access to specific web sites and harmful categories while only alerting you to potential problems. Bark's approach saves parents valuable time and helps build trust between families.
Using our check-in feature, you can simply press a button to send your current location to your parent. This offers you peace of mind that your child has made it safely to their destination.
To do this, the Bark app will need access to photos/videos, contacts, the list of installed apps on the device, and browsing history. We use Accessibility to monitor your child's third-party message data.
Additionally, we use a VPN service to monitor your child's internet traffic for harmful content even when the app is not in use. Bark collects read and write call log data to enable contact monitoring even when the app is not in use

The app does not function as intended. my device has been flagging it as malware and the app has made it so that my phone is constantly buffering, takes 30 times as long to load(I timed it), and cannot connect to the wifi. it also keeps RCS chats from working so I can't text people and it kicks me from group chats. Please fix your app. Update: I can't contact you using email because email is blocked so actually try reading your reviews for once.
Flags the small things, also, doesn't look at context. Also for things like among us, the VPN doesn't Allow it to log in, and among us is the only game I'm allowed to play multiplayer. It doesn't work well with other games either. On my phone, it took up most of the storage. I'm not complaining about it trying to keep me safe, I'm complaining about the issues that it tries to filter everything. As a teenager I want safe web browsing, but I don't want it to block out a game I installed as an app.
It made my browser even slower, it invades privacy, detects things that are harmless and I cannot even access to any websites that I visit because it is so buggy and slow. 0/10 would not recommend, think twice before downloading the bark app.
Whenever I log out of my device and then log back on bark doesn't reconnect automatically. I have to do it manually and I want to be able to not worry about it getting turned off and not doing what its supposed to do. Other than that its pretty good. Please fix this issue, I don't know if its bark or family link that's causing the issue. But anyways please check out this problem. Thank you.
