Great concept and gameplay, only wish it could have an offline mode. Other than that, no complaints. Doesn't beg for money or push advertisements in your face. Great job! Edit: Been playing for a couple months and now I can see I will be playing for a couple years to get my gumballs into space. Be ready to commit to this game when it gets in your head! To the devs, you guys have nailed it, this game give you so many "just one more hour" moments. Cheers for making me believe in mobile gaming again!
Easily one of the best mobile games I've had the pleasure to play. The candid messages from the devs are awesome (although you can tell English is not their first language lol), and what you get out of the game is awesome. I genuinely desire to put some money into this, and don't feel like I have to (see Summoners War or any game like that). The gameplay is fun and the core gameplay loops are engaging. There is a lot to do, and it is a good thing to dive in bite-sized chunks or longer play on.
Been playing this game for maybe 2 years. It's a great game. This game definitely takes time. Slowly upgrading your gumballs and finding yourself getting just a bit farther than last time. I'm still not even end game yet but it's still fun. I also like that I'm not forced to play. I can just log in, raid, collect my exploration, check the shops and call it a day. It all works towards getting stronger. You don't need to spend money either. My only problem is after 2 years of playing my list of gumballs gets longer and longer and when I need to feed or upgrade I have to scroll through my entire list. Is there a plan to make a tab the player can press to view "upgradable gumballs". It would save me a bit of hassle. Oh.. Also.. It's a bit stressful that the dragon power for melee (the bleed) doesn't proc some abilities.. Is that intended?
About the only thing I can fault in this game is the engrish translation. Gameplay (all three modes) is solid and enjoyable. The cash shop is unintrusive and generous, and can be reasonably cleared by purely F2P players. There's so much hidden that even veterans have a hard time saying that they've found literally everything. And it's no lie, the game is fully ad-free; not even banners!
