Very so-so. The characters speak, and the voice acting is absolutely awful! I don't know why a dev would go to the trouble of creating a game only to either use bad AI or totally uninspired people for voiceovers. (I can't tell which at this point). The game play is meh. I wish I didn't have to solve word puzzles to continue every scene. Ads are optional, but they gain you extra money, so I'm guessing they'll become much less of an option the more I play...if I continue at all.
I like the idea of the game. However I feel it is poorly executed. Very little return is given for the grinding of boards. Some tasks are literally just a repeat of a task already completed. Also, the use of abbreviations in the puzzles is annoying. And finally, please give the option to utilize the infinite energy rewards at the player's convenience, not forced to use it immediately. The butterfly animation and gold reward videos eat up the bonus time. Just seems low key scummy to me.
I, don't remember the word puzzle part when I originally played this but I now remember why I stopped. The game time is a bit quick. It's relaxing, easy puzzles, and doesn't make you feel rushed but the 10 per puzzle is mostly why I'm at a stop. 6 puzzles to be done, but you go to solve and generally get walled by three or two 2 badge actions and you gotta wait.
Game is fairly fun so far but has a couple problems. The puzzles vary in size but you never get an appropriate amount of badges for the larger size puzzles. You get one badge, whether the puzzle is three words or ten. The badges you get needs to be more proportional. Also you often don't get the gold you earn in the puzzles. I had exceeded 200 earned after playing the first few puzzles but never got more than 95 of those until I played for the second time. And I just lost over 116 in one go.
