Very disappointing experience with RedRail. They advertise cashback, but the cashback is added to the wallet and only a small percentage (around 10%) can be used during future bookings, which is misleading. Customer support was not helpful in resolving this issue. Additionally, when a ticket is cancelled, the deduction amount is much higher than expected, resulting in a lower refund. Overall, the app lacks transparency in its cashback and cancellation policies.
Not very useful. Initially they used to return the total fare+charges they take for guaranteed seat. But now even if the chart is fully waitlisted, they don't refund the charge they take for confirming the seat. Also, When I applied the 3x coupon they gave, it didn't get applied and I was charged fully for the next ticket I booked. This is highly disappointing.
Fraud application, please don't trust on redrail, they are fooling in the name of 3X Return, I paid 14000rs for 6 seats and they provide me with only 1.5 seat and now they are showing there terms and conditions, they are neither providing me 3x return not even free cancellation,when I cancelled my reservation they deducted 5 thousand rs in the name of terms and conditions, please don't waste your hard earned money in this application
Worst Service. Don't use Redrail App. They can't do any adjustment for 3X tickets. They can't even give RAC with GNWL ticket. please go for Make My Trip if you want 3X or confirm ticket. Because it's best it's my personal experience. I booked ticket 56 PQWL through Make My Trip but I got it confirmed after chart preparation.
