Our first trip was very good, and the booking went smooth. However, when I'm trying to use my 'referral code' in my friends' devices, it's just not working, showing 'something seems to be wrong'. I tried to use the 'chat with us' in the app, but the 'Help' section is not even opening, showing some webpage error. Please fix it soon.

The app has become extremely slow and unreliable. Every page takes too long to load, and searching for buses or opening booking details is frustrating. The payment window often doesn't open at all, forcing me to cancel the booking and start the entire process from the beginning. This is especially frustrating when trying to book tickets quickly before seats fill up. Please fix the payment issue and improve the app's overall performance, speed, and stability.
Unreliable for travelers! Some bus companies, for example Sotrasanvicente, require you to still go to the bus terminal, and "register"/exchange redbus "voucher" for their ticket. No information about this in the app! I got stranded in Guatape because of this. No gate number on the ticket either so need to go to the booth anyway. Also, tickets at bus terminal are often 20-33% cheaper than in the app. UPD: But sometimes cheaper on the app, eg for Copetran.
