Super glitchy. It brings back 0 results on a general search even though I know there are hundreds of houses for sale. I reset filters and expanded the search area to show the whole metro, and it still shows no results. When it does randomly show results, and I sort by price, they aren't in order. I can't search for a specific address either. I used to like the app but now it seems unreliable. I have to double check things on another app just to make sure no results are missing -not convenient...
this app was very good until the update yesterday or day before. now I still receive notification pop ups on top of my phone but the app does not take you there when you click on one of these pop ups. makes the app a waste of space on my phone as if they just killed it off completely. I will give them a chance to fix it or I will be forced to use something else.
Edit: It would be nice if the app had an analytics tab. Just to show basic stuff on my local market. # of new units, # of units sold/delisted, price fluctuations and the 6 month trend for all of these. Old: You have to get rid of the stupid "Request Showing" button in the gallery view. It takes too much space and forces the images to be smaller than they have to be. Especially in landscape mode.
The one I like most, however, could be improved. It is easy to use. Would be nice, though, if one could filter certain notifications more, for example, it would be nice to be notified only when the price on a property one likes goes down, not all listings in ones designated area. Would also be nice to filter out certain areas, or even certain areas due to schools, that wat one does not waste so much time opening properties in which one would not buy due to schools or area one knows is bad.
