people who haven't had any issues must be new hires. seems like every 2 months, this app just stops working and I have to uninstall and reinstall it to be able to sign in. it's common to get stuck into "sign in" loops where signing in just kicks you out back to the home screen. clocking in and out from the app is very convenient WHEN THE APP IS USABLE
This app has slowly stopped working. It started with certain pages causing the app to freeze. It constantly makes me sign in multiple times. And now that I've uninstalled it and downloaded it again, It won't even open. I now have no access to clocking in, my pay, taxes or higher learning. This is making my job much more difficult.
I have never had a problem until a couple of months ago. I have to install/uninstall several times a day!! this is getting annoying. it comes up for about a couple of hours and then it shuts down, can't sign back in, can't view my schedule have to use onewalmart more often and that's an inconvenience. please fix the issue! I'm not restarting my phone every week. this app was working now it's not. HELP!!!
This app has made me late a lot due to signing me out and then never letting me sign back in until trying multiple times (more than 6 times). Yes i know we can time adjust, but it shouldn't come down to it. Please fix this app. I need it to clock in and out. Sadly the club i work in doesn't have the clock in machine. Having to clock in through a computer is also a tedious process.
