I really like the app. However we need to be able to move the font writing to a different area of the screen. It's always covering the work table. that is disappointing part. please fix it
Very disappointing customer experience. I was charged €149.90 for an automatic annual renewal and only found out after the payment had already been taken. The company says they sent a reminder email, but it was in the spam folder, so in practice I was not properly informed. What is frustrating is that marketing emails seem to reach the inbox without any problem, but when it comes to an important renewal charge, the communication is suddenly “sent” in a way that is easy to miss.
I was charged for a full annual renewal without my consent (no warning or reminder email). I was not aware the subscription was set to auto-renew. I feel like I have been scammed.
