The game is cute and for the most part easy. The poor translation into English sometimes makes things a little confusing. 3-star rating because 1: the quiz game is inaccurate or just plain wrong and confusing sometimes, 2: the 2nd floor is never unlockable. I've surpassed 3 levels now when I was supposed to be able to unlock the 2nd floor and every time I get to the required level, it suddenly states it's the next level. I even went back and double checked.
The game has serious potential, but falls short in allowing players to progress starting a steady rate. After a certain point, the pace severely drags bc the requirements for the next level increase dramatically. A prime example would be upgrading recipes. I upgraded 6 recipes and my percentage never changed. It makes the game frustrating.
Was great at first til I bought a new one and wanted to move it over. Accounts bound, backed up cloud on old phone but it starts me over when I try to open it up on my new one. I've spent money and time. Hate the thought of starting over. Tried to contact developers/customer service. No response. Guess this is it. Will take pics of how far along I was, level, gems, ID etc just in the chance I can get help. Time to turn the old phone into the company as a trade in. This sucks -_-
Not a bad game. Still new to playing it but so far enjoyable. My only complaint is the money/diamond indicators appearing over the interaction bubbles of the cook and dish washer, which makes it harder to click, and will send you to the purchasing screen for said items. Some of the other interactions, like customers with scratch offs, the cat, a customer with an offer (video needs to be watched to redeem) over lap with customers bubbles and such creates the same issue.
