Fun but ad/pay to win The gameplay is addicting, and at first, you don't mind watching an ad or two to help the game along. Eventually, you have to watch ads in order to do anything. To get more plots to plant your troops you have to either use in game currency (which you need to get more troops) or watch 1 ad per plot. Eventually, they only give you 2-3 free plots, and you HAVE to watch 7-8 ads in order to survive, which over time means that you watched 15-20 ads per level to get all perks.
They took my money and I didn't get my stuff. I spent 9.99 and still haven't gotten my veggie pass stuff. Also, the timers are all off. Also, you can't access support from the app!!! Besides all these issues, the game is sort of addicting and fun. Always take the extras package after each battle because you're going to have to watch the video anyway!
It's a pretty fun simple minded game of merge and boost other things beside it. upgrade your cards, compete against others, move along the levels, etc. I deducted a star because there's a glitch in my garden where the uncommon pot isn't functioning correctly, as it acts like it's a planted pot, but nothing grows. there's no timer, and there's no place in the game to ask for support help that's immediately obvious.
Good game, fun, can be a bit addicting. Needs quality of life features though. One being the ability to compare your troops side by side, sprinklers too, so you can better decide on which works better for you. Maybe red and green arrows showing if the 2nd one in the comparison is better or worse in each category, (water needed, HP, attack, etc).Another could be a small video for each troop/sprinkler, showing what it does, and how that looks when used in game, as some are different than they seem
