App works just fine. However, when used to punch out of a shift, there is no way to exit the app without being directed to Google Play, to look at and download another of their apps. So basically every single time I work, I'm forced to go over and look at an app that I don't want. I have no desire for the other app, and I'm tired of perpetually having to go there, rather than just close down 7punches at the end of my shift.
Every time I open the app I'm welcomed with a screen that tells me I'm not authorized. I log in, punch in, close the ap, then when I reopen the ap, I've been logged out and it tells me again that I'm not authorized. I have to do this at least twice a day every day that I work. I've cleared the data and cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the ap. Nothing fixes it.
Hate that the app requires so many permissions to run as well as Google to be enabled at all times to use. Paper and pencil is more useful than this for clocking in and out. The location for the app is very buggy as well and most of the time I just have to let the manager know my hours rather than use this app. Do your staff a favor and don't bring this to the job
Wish I could give it a zero. When I try to sign in it's saying "wrong email or password" but I've not put in an email or password yet, have not even been given the chance. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this and 7shifts multiple times to try and fix it and it has not worked.
