I've tried a few word association games, and like this one the least. Every few boards there is a huh? moment. Some sort of "fun fact" note to some of the more obscure associations would be nice. I think they should avoid brands and companies as categories unless the "petals" are extremely well-known. Also, companies and cars on the same boards bug me--all the cars were also companies. I tried up through level 25--the later levels seem better than the earlier ones.
I was originally looking for Find Four Words (same devs), a similar game I used to love on my old phone..but, found an even better improvement on my fave game: Hexa Words! Whereas the standard word associations game was not as challenging; this one requires you to find, which of the given words do or don't have a category in common. It starts with some easier levels, then gets slowly harder to solve, as well -designed games are meant to do. Overall, I rated Hexa Words a very fun 5 stars!
the music is calming, the sounds arent too much and I enjoy how smooth the animation of it all is. one of the very few games left with a reasonable price for its "remove ads" fee! Great overall game. one suggestion and it might just be my eyes but if the words were in a bolder font or something? either way its a great game!
Downloaded the game and loved it. Paid to get rid of the ridiculous amount of ads you have to suffer through. Got to level 114 and the game would not let me advance to the next level even though I had solved the puzzle. Tried restarting the game with no luck. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling it only to have to start all over again. Now back at level 114 and stuck yet again! So mad I wasted money on a game that doesn't work. Tried to reach out to costumer service and got no response
