Zero customer service I have had nothing but trouble with SFR. My router was installed and there was no WiFi. For 3 weeks they denied it, then sent someone to fix it. I've now been charged 83.99€ for a service I've not been able to use. The app does not let me see the detail of charges on a bill and 'force closes' constantly. There is no option to contact via email with issues and the FAQs are useless. There is no option to change language settings either!!
Absolutely horrible experience. They charged me after I terminated my contract for the month after when I didn't even use it! They send emails about payment for a small amount but when you open the payment portal its a large one. Their dates and numbers do not match at all. They also have long periods of service stoppage. Please don't use sfr, its a large scam.
Each page full with error messages. I switched from another ISP during my move but even before I receive the materials, I regret my decision. Impossible to reach multilingual SAV by phone or nothing can be done online. The product itself deserves reputation because of wifi6 modem but after sales services and the way that company uses the tech are disappointing.
Avoid this scamy company at all cost! They got you into their internet box plan by telling you lots of deals, but when the first bill comes, there is no deal at all! And you contact them about it and they told you that they are on it, don't worry, but week after week, they aren't doing anything.
